Tracked US shipping

Tracked shipping is included at no additional charge for orders to eligible US addresses shown at checkout. We currently accept orders only for the United States. International shipping and Express shipping are not offered.

Delivery estimates and tracking

The current estimate provided by our fulfillment partner is 10–17 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Processing, carrier delays, weather and other disruptions can affect timing. We send tracking information when the order is dispatched; tracking scans may take time to appear.

Orders are fulfilled through a supplier partner and may ship from outside the United States. We do not advertise domestic warehousing or next-day delivery.

Delays and order changes

If we cannot meet a stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel unshipped items for a full refund. Contact us if tracking shows no progress or your order has not arrived within the estimate so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started. A delivered tracking scan does not prevent you from contacting us about a missing package; we will investigate.
